03 — Booking Questions

Before you book

Practical answers on consultations, scheduling and drop-off at our Foundry Lane studio.

Is the consultation free?

Yes. Message us on WhatsApp or visit the studio in the Arts District and we'll inspect your paint, discuss your goals and recommend the right protection, with no obligation to book.

How far ahead should I book ceramic coating or PPF?

Ceramic coating takes 2-3 days and PPF 4-6 days, so we schedule a drop-off slot after a short consultation. Booking a week or two ahead gives you the best choice of dates, especially for full-body PPF. Send us your preferred date on WhatsApp and we'll confirm availability.

Can I wait while my interior is detailed?

Deep interior detailing takes 6-8 hours, so most clients drop the car off in the morning and collect it the same evening. We'll message you when it's ready. Shorter maintenance details of 3-4 hours are easier to plan around your day.

Is my car insured and secure overnight in the studio?

Multi-day work is carried out inside our enclosed studio on Foundry Lane, and every vehicle is handled carefully from drop-off to handover. For specifics on insurance cover and overnight security arrangements, please ask us directly on WhatsApp before booking so you have the exact details for your car.

What payment methods do you accept?
